Kitchen Renovation

Bespoke Kitchen Renovation and Design Layout

The Maison Bretagne team undertook a complete kitchen renovation under the specifications of the clients brief for this particular project. The kitchen was stripped back to the bare bones of stone wall and tommette flooring which were in turn carefully renovated and brought back to their former glory. Two sides of the kitchen wall were plaster boarded and painted to enable the kitchen units to be fitted against them and to hide the electric cables and pipework that needed to be installed.

The kitchen had an old fireplace of Burgundian stone which we carefully restored and then a Lacanche oven was fitted underneath the mantle which created a stunning centre piece to the room. As the factory of Lacanche was situated nearby we were lucky enough to accompany our client to make a tour of the workshop where the prestigious ovens are made.

The kitchen furniture itself was sourced from Arthur Bonnet and an onsite visit with a technician was organised during which we explained the specifications of the client and came up with a 2D plan which was then sent to the client for approval.

All components were sourced by Maison Bretagne though our strong network of suppliers and specialist artisans. If you would like more information about the sevices we offer to our clients click the link back to our services page here
